Trainees & apprentices

End-of-study projects and apprenticeship

With an end-of-study project internship or an apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to start your professional career and discover a company from the inside.

Every year, we welcome trainees/apprentice engineers, mainly in the last year of engineering school or university, for a period of 6 months.

With us, you will put into practice and deepen your theoretical knowledge in mechanical design, discover new tools and processes, all supervised by experienced engineers.

These are pre-employment internships: if everything goes well, we will offer you to stay with us for your first job!

Supervision of trainees

Supervision is the same as for a classic project.

In other words, you will have a client (represented by a MECAGINE manager), an experienced engineer and a project manager!

Weekly reviews will enable you to show us how well you are doing, and you will need to respect milestones like for a typical project.

On a daily basis, the experienced engineer will be there to support you and guide you in solving technical problems. Thus, during the internship, you will reinforce your knowledge, acquire new ones (e.g. you will be trained to new tools) and discover our ISO-9001 certified project procedures.

Apply for an internship

To apply, you can respond to an internship offer directly on our job board, or submit a spontaneous application (using the dedicated button in the top banner of the job board).

Note that offers are usually available from September/October of each year. Outside these periods, do not hesitate to submit an unsolicited application.
